1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Nobility App Management LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (D-U-N-S 150019046). We are responsible for the personal information we handle through nobilityapps.com and communications with our company.
This policy covers this website and related inquiries. KinCovey, Virublok, TDT, and an unnamed home remodeling workflow app are upcoming apps. Their prelaunch notices are available on our Apps page; released-app policies will describe each app’s actual features, permissions, providers, and data practices before launch. This website policy does not assert that an unreleased app has a finalized data model.
2. Information collected
- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if provided, message, and information you choose to include in support, business, or privacy correspondence.
- Technical information: our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, requested pages, and error or security information to deliver and protect the website.
Our contact form prepares an email in your email application. It does not send or save your message on this website. Information reaches us only when you choose to send that email. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information.
This website does not provide user accounts or purchases. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or cookies set by our site code. We do not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or health information through this website.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, process privacy and deletion requests, maintain website security, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use contact messages for unsolicited marketing.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal grounds may include our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and protecting our services, steps you request before a contract, compliance with legal duties, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. Retention, security, and deletion
We keep ordinary support and inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the matter is resolved, unless a shorter period is sufficient or a specific legal need requires longer retention. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s operational and security retention settings; contact us for information about a particular request. We do not maintain a separate visitor-tracking database.
For an approved deletion request, we aim to remove unnecessary personal information from active records within 30 days. For backups under our control, our deletion target is the next scheduled expiry and no later than 90 days; provider-managed backups follow the provider’s retention cycle and may not support selective removal. We restrict retained copies to recovery, security, and legal purposes. Information subject to a legal obligation, active dispute, fraud investigation, or legal hold is retained only for the applicable requirement or resolution period, then deleted when no longer needed.
We use reasonable safeguards for information in our control, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. See Account & Data Deletion for request instructions.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; request portability; or withdraw consent. California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and receive equal treatment when exercising applicable CCPA/CPRA rights. Applicable rights concerning sale, advertising sharing, or sensitive-information use remain available even though we do not currently conduct those activities. We do not claim that every law applies to every request.
Email namappllc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us your request and the email address used to contact us. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of their authority. We may take proportionate steps to verify a request, without asking for your password. We normally respond within 30 days. If a different legal deadline or permitted extension applies, we will explain the timing and reason. We will explain any request we cannot fulfill and available review options. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including an EEA or UK supervisory authority where applicable.
7. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Any future app intended for children will need its own age-appropriate disclosures, controls, and consent process as required by COPPA and other applicable law.
8. Updates and privacy contact
We will post changes here with an updated effective date. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by applicable law.
